Description: T Banks 30, from Madison, WI is disability justice and mental wellness advocate, poet and playwright. A First Wave Scholar and graduate of UW Madison. He received his BA in English with an emphasis in creative writing. T. recently launched his own Black, Queer, and Trans* lead arts company called Loud & Unchained Theater Co. And Has published 2 books, "Call Me Ill" and "Left". PAVE is excited to collaborate with such an illustrious talent. This poetry workshop will serve as a space for healing and accessing language for how to talk about one's own experience. We intend for this to be a safe space geared towards survivors of DV and IPV. All Identities are welcome!
